MEMO’s purpose has been to show the love of God through the provision of redundant hospital equipment and supplies to needy health care facilities. Since 2004, MEMO has shipped 101 containers to Cuba, El Salvador, Liberia, Nicaragua and Zimbabwe, totaling millions of dollars in equipment and saving countless lives along the way.
MEMO is currently (2023) sending supplies to Zimbabwe to support the Zimbabwe Gecko Society who support nationals caring for 3000 AIDS orphans, six hospitals and six clinics.
MEMO is pleased to state that there is no paid staff and is completely run by volunteers so that every dollar donated goes entirely to support the work.

Did you know?
Every ocean container MEMO sends holds ten tons of medical equipment and supplies that are redundant according to Canadian health standards and would be sent to landfills. These supplies remain useful and continue to save lives in developing countries. Your donations not only support healthcare for our recipients, but also support the environment.
